Yes, we provide free shipping for all orders within Malaysia, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location in Malaysia.
Deliveries within West Malaysia typically arrive sooner (around 3–5 business days), while deliveries to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may take a few additional days due to courier schedules.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging. This applies to both defective and non-defective items.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Covalyne covers the full cost of return shipping once your return request is approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all transactions. You can pay using your PayPal account or a linked credit/debit card.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can help modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped yet. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at info@covalyne.com. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
